I have an offer! I was grocery shopping when they called. I'm on my way over there with references etc for a reference, credit and criminal check.
I am so freakin' pumped and not one person I called was there... so I had to come shout it here!

A-WOO-HOO!!!! Awesome! Congratulations! I knew they would offer you the job, you totally deserve it.
Now, I saw your post on OH about the paid time off, the 20 days sounds about right. At my last job with a major company, we got 15 days plus comp time meaning for every hour we worked over 40 hours we got off. I know a guy who accumulated so much comp time he worked 4-day weeks for over a year, but I digress, I think it's pretty typical, but you could ask for maybe 25 days and see what they say.
