Thank you all. I have to admit I was very excited when I saw the two photos together. I knew I had lost weight by the fit of my clothes but I couldn't really *see* it.

Unfortunately I am one of the DSers who needs to exercise in order to really drop the weight. Oh how I wish I could be like the lucky few who can eat almost anything, not exercise and drop the weight easily BUT they are usually the ones who don't get down to their goal weight. Since I'm aiming for a 300+ lb loss I gotta do what I can to get there. Just once I've love to see 199 or less.
